Our Sessions

A calm, collaborative space where you can explore whatever feels most important to you.

Beginning can feel like a significant step, particularly if you've never spoken to someone before.

You don't need to arrive with everything worked out, nor do you need to know exactly what you want to say. Our conversations begin wherever you are, at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship difficulties, loss, life transitions or simply feel that something isn't quite right, this is your time to pause, reflect and make sense of what you're experiencing.

You don’t need to have the right questions.

Many people worry that they won't know what to talk about or that their problems aren't ‘serious enough’. There is no right or wrong place to begin. Some people arrive with a clear issue they want to explore. Others simply know that something feels different, heavier or more confusing than it used to.

Wherever you find yourself, we'll begin there.
