Our Sessions
A calm, collaborative space where you can explore whatever feels most important to you.
Beginning can feel like a significant step, particularly if you've never spoken to someone before.
You don't need to arrive with everything worked out, nor do you need to know exactly what you want to say. Our conversations begin wherever you are, at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship difficulties, loss, life transitions or simply feel that something isn't quite right, this is your time to pause, reflect and make sense of what you're experiencing.
-
Every session is centred around you and the experiences you bring.
Rather than offering advice or telling you what you should do, I'll work alongside you to help you explore your thoughts, emotions and relationships with curiosity, compassion and honesty.
Together we may begin to notice recurring patterns, gain greater self-awareness and develop a deeper understanding of the experiences that shape your life.
My role isn't to provide quick answers, but to ask thoughtful questions, offer insight where appropriate and create an environment where meaningful reflection can take place.
-
Sessions take place online via Zoom in a private and confidential setting. You are welcome to have your camera on or off - whichever feels more comfortable for you.
Each session lasts approximately 50 minutes.
Some people arrive wanting to explore one specific issue, while others simply know that something doesn't feel quite right. Both are equally welcome.
There is no expectation to talk about anything before you feel ready. We will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you, allowing trust and understanding to develop naturally over time.
-
Not at all. You're welcome to have your camera on or off, depending on what feels most comfortable for you.
-
You don't need to be in crisis to benefit from support.
Many women come because they feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted or disconnected from themselves. Others are navigating difficult relationships, significant life changes or simply want the opportunity to better understand themselves.
If you're unsure whether Hear. You. is the right fit, you're very welcome to get in touch. I'm always happy to answer any questions before arranging a first session.

Our work together is collaborative, offering you the opportunity to understand yourself more deeply, explore new perspectives and navigate life's challenges with greater awareness and self-compassion:
Relationship difficulties
Coping with stress and anxiety
Managing life transitions (e.g., motherhood, career changes)
Processing thoughts and feelings
Grief and loss support
Overcoming loneliness
Building self-esteem and confidence
Navigating emotional challenges related to identity or life purpose
-
I believe the relationship we build together is one of the most important parts of the process.
Feeling genuinely understood, accepted and able to speak openly creates the foundation for meaningful exploration and lasting change.
My hope is that our sessions become a place where you feel able to think more clearly, understand yourself more deeply and navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and self-compassion.

Day Sessions: £60
Evening (from 6pm) & Weekend Sessions: £85
We offer flexible options to fit into your life, whether you prefer daytime availability or need evening/weekend sessions for convenience.
You don’t need to have the right questions.
Many people worry that they won't know what to talk about or that their problems aren't ‘serious enough’. There is no right or wrong place to begin. Some people arrive with a clear issue they want to explore. Others simply know that something feels different, heavier or more confusing than it used to.
Wherever you find yourself, we'll begin there.
